Refund & Cancellation Policy
Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel an order:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order" and follow the instructions

Cancellations made before dispatch will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the product after delivery following our return policy.
2. Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Item must not be damaged, washed, or altered
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Intimate apparel (lingerie, innerwear) due to hygiene reasons
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the product you wish to return and click "Return Item"
- Provide the reason for return and any additional comments
- Submit the return request
- Our customer support team will review and approve your request within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product
- Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging
- Ship the item to our return address (provided in the instructions)
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline
- Razorpay Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment source within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit. Please provide your bank details for the refund.
- Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit which can be used for future purchases
Refund Amount
The refund amount will include:
- Full product price (if returned in original condition)
- Shipping charges (if return is due to defective or incorrect item)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color variations subject to availability. To exchange an item:
- Follow the return process and mention "Exchange" in your request
- Specify the desired size or color
- If the requested size/color is available, we will process the exchange
- If not available, you will receive a refund as per our refund policy
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
- We may arrange for pickup of the defective item
7. Refund Status
You can check the status of your refund:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Click on the order to view return/refund status
- You will receive email notifications at each stage of the process
