Shipping Policy

Fixed Shipping Charge: ₹70 | We currently ship only within Tamil Nadu

We Ship Only in Tamil Nadu

Currently, we deliver our products exclusively within the beautiful state of Tamil Nadu.

We are working on expanding to other states soon!

1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship only within Tamil Nadu. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to other Indian states at this time.

  • Vellore
  • Erode
  • Thanjavur
  • And all other districts of Tamil Nadu

2. Shipping Charges

Fixed Shipping Charge: ₹70 per order
No minimum order value required. All orders are charged a flat ₹70 shipping fee.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed on the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details
  • SMS notification with tracking link (for registered mobile numbers)
  • WhatsApp updates (if opted in)

You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your account and visiting My Orders
  • Using the tracking link sent via email/SMS
  • Contacting our support team with your order number

6. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery across Tamil Nadu:

  • Ecom Express
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for remote locations)

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000. COD orders require:

  • Valid phone number for verification
  • Complete address details
  • Fixed shipping charge of ₹70 applies

Important: COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or find items missing:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged
  • Take photos/video of the damaged package before opening
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email us at yujeecreation@gmail.com with your order details and photos
